FAQs
Pricing & billing questions
Everything about MiniMax H3 plans, generation credits, billing, commercial use, and refunds.
Yes. Every new MiniMax H3 account gets free credits at sign-up, so you can try Hailuo 3.0 video or a supporting image model before you pay — no credit card required.
MiniMax H3 uses a shared credit system. Each generation costs credits based on the model, resolution, duration, and selected features. Subscriptions grant credits every billing cycle, and one-time packs add more whenever you need them.
Subscriptions (billed monthly or yearly) refill your credits every cycle at the best per-credit price. Pay-as-you-go packs are one-time purchases for when you just need a top-up, with no recurring charge.
Subscription credits are valid for the current billing cycle and refresh on renewal — they don't roll over. Pay-as-you-go credits never expire, so you can use them at your own pace.
Yes. Change or cancel your plan anytime from the billing portal. There are no long-term contracts, and your plan stays active until the end of the current period.
We accept major credit and debit cards through a secure checkout. Your payment details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
Yes. Work generated in the MiniMax H3 creative platform can be used for marketing, social content, products, and client projects under the commercial usage rights included with your plan.
Because credits are digital goods that can be used right away, purchases are generally non-refundable. If you hit a billing problem or were charged in error, email support@minimax-h3.io and we'll help.
